Most clients can expect their installation appointment to take place approximately 2 weeks after their consultation when selecting a stock system. Timing can vary depending on factors such as choosing a custom-made system or allowing additional hair growth on the sides and back to achieve the most natural blend possible.

Absolutely. Every hair replacement journey is tailored to you and your individual goals. The systems I work with are hand-tied or injected into the base material, allowing the hair to be parted, brushed, and styled in a variety of ways for a natural-looking result.

I encourage clients to bring photos of themselves from the past or inspiration images of styles they like. This gives us a great starting point and helps me better understand the look you’re hoping to achieve. Together, we’ll create a style that complements your features, lifestyle, and personal preferences while maintaining the most natural appearance possible.

A hair system can lasts anywhere from two to six months with proper care. How long yours lasts depends on how you care for it, your daily habits, and which type of system you choose.

While you can wash the sides of your bio hair as much as you would like, I do not recommend shampooing the actual system iteslf more than once or twice a week. Hair systems don’t get the natural oil from our scalp,

This can vary from person to person. Some clients may need to invest in a touch up pen and add on thin layer of bond as often as 1-3 times per week. Other clients have little to no maintenance with the bond. All clients should be brushing and styling their system daily.

Not always. The amount of hair that may need to be trimmed depends on your current hair, the system selected, and the final result you’re hoping to achieve. During your consultation, we’ll determine the best approach for your individual needs. 

Yes. Because each hair system is ordered and customized specifically for you, a deposit is required before the ordering process begins. The remaining balance is due at your installation appointment.

For maintenance appointments and all other salon services, payment is due at the completion of your service.

Yes! Within reason, I try my best to accommodate any emergency service IN my salon suite at a flat rate of $250.00.

Yes. Your appointment takes place in a private, one-on-one suite designed for comfort and discretion.

The building itself is a shared professional suite environment, so the common areas may include other independent service providers. However, nothing about your appointment is visible or disclosed, and your time in the suite remains completely private and uninterrupted. 

Yes. Because your system is made with 100% human hair, it naturally responds to sun exposure, heat, water, and everyday wear. Over time, the color may gradually soften or fade, just as natural hair does.

When needed, I can refresh or customize the color during a maintenance appointment to keep your system looking natural and beautifully blended.

I also evaluate density, movement, gray percentage, and overall texture to create a result that blends seamlessly.
