Step 1- Consultation

Every hair replacement journey begins with a personalized consultation. During this appointment, we’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have in a comfortable, one-on-one setting.

Together, we’ll evaluate your hair, create a scalp mold if needed, match your color, density, and texture, and explore the best options for achieving a natural-looking result. You’ll leave with a personalized plan, an estimated timeline, and a clear understanding of the process—so you can move forward with confidence, at your own pace.

Step 2- Installation Appointment

This is the day your transformation comes to life.

For many clients, installation day is something they’ve been looking forward to for a long time. It’s also completely normal to feel a mix of excitement and nerves. Having experienced hair loss myself, I understand just how emotional this moment can be. My goal is to make the experience feel comfortable, supportive, and never rushed.

Your appointment begins by preparing your hair and scalp before carefully fitting and applying your new hair system. From there, I’ll customize the cut, blend it seamlessly with your natural hair, and refine every detail to create a result that’s tailored specifically to you.

Once your new look is complete, we’ll style your hair together and review everything you need to know about caring for your system at home, including maintenance, products, and what to expect in the weeks ahead.

Step 3- Maintenance

Your hair system is an investment, and routine maintenance is what keeps it looking natural, feeling comfortable, and performing at its best.

These appointments are designed to preserve the natural appearance of your system while supporting the health of your scalp and bio hair. During your visit, your hair system will be carefully removed, professionally cleansed and sanitized, while your scalp is thoroughly cleansed and refreshed with a nourishing mud mask treatment.

As your natural hair grows, I’ll trim and precision blend it with your system to maintain a seamless, undetectable result. Once everything has been refreshed, your system is securely reapplied, any necessary adjustments are made, and your hair is styled to complete the appointment.

Maintenance appointments are also an opportunity for us to check in, answer any questions, and make small refinements as your hair grows, your lifestyle changes, or your goals evolve. My goal is for you to leave every appointment feeling confident, comfortable, and looking just as natural as the day your system was first installed.
